No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make professional efforts to complete assignments efficiently, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or timelines.

Payment

Fees are payable upon order submission unless otherwise agreed. Rush and same-day surcharges apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific assignment giving rise to the claim.
